C.A.R.E. Dinner
A Community Awareness Reflection Experience
The C.A.R.E. dinner is an experience designed to foster an awareness of hunger issues in our community. The scene is set with participants being randomly assigned roles of “wealthy” and “poor”. Each participant will receive a meal similar to one which might be eaten by someone in their assigned economic situation. The goal is to raise awareness of the depth and scope of the very real hunger issues in our Vermont neighborhoods.
Come and join us for an evening of enlightenment and education. Hunger relief program representatives from the area will be participating at the dinner, providing information and opportunities to help our hungry neighbors.
